Consultations must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is required at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment as specified during booking. All fees are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
All content provided during consultations, including style guides, outfit recommendations, and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of Musclemyyoungir. These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without our permission.
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding your personal information and style consultations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where our services are supplied to you as a consumer, certain statutory consumer guarantees may apply.
To the extent permitted by law, Musclemyyoungir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question or the cost of re-supplying the service, as we may elect.

The Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory consumer protection laws in Australia apply to the supply of our services to consumers. The courts of Queensland, Australia, have non-exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
