This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be issued for our consultation services. Our services are supplied in Australia and this policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), you may have statutory consumer guarantees in relation to our services. These include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, fit for purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, resupply, or compensation. This policy does not limit those rights where the law does not allow it.
Our services are consultative and educational in nature. Once a consultation session has been completed, the knowledge and insights shared cannot be returned. Therefore, our refund policy reflects the unique nature of personalized styling services.
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your consultation (or of the relevant service) with the details of your concern. Requests received after this period may still be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with this notice will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This compensates for the time reserved exclusively for your consultation.
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies occur, and we will consider each situation individually.
Refunds may be considered when the following conditions are met:
We provide consultation and styling services only; we do not sell physical goods. Therefore, return delivery or return shipping costs do not apply. Any refund relates to the service fee only and will be processed to the original payment method.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation via email or phone with details of your concern. We will review each request individually and respond within 5 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the service.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
For multi-session packages, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused sessions, subject to the cancellation terms outlined above. Once a session within a package has been used, that portion is non-refundable.
While we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will perfectly suit your taste, we are committed to providing professional, thoughtful service. If you have concerns about your consultation, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
We prefer to resolve concerns through dialogue and, where appropriate, may offer complimentary follow-up consultations or adjustments to your style plan rather than refunds.
We understand that exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events may impact your ability to attend scheduled consultations. We will consider such circumstances on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution.
